Here at Keejays our combined experience in sauce blending amounts to over 75 years, specialising in oriental flavours.

We won’t pretend to know everything about oriental sauces; however we have created a selection of our favourite flavours which we know well. Our menu includes, for example, the ever popular Sweet & Sour Sauce, with a difference. 
We carefully balance ingredients such as ginger, garlic and peppers to create our special version of this popular sauce for you to serve with your favourite meats and vegetables.

Not many may have heard of a Vegetarian Oyster Sauce; however in certain Provincial Chinese Cuisines and for religious needs this little known sauce, outside of China, offers a traditional tasting alternative to the better known Chinese Oyster Sauce. We produce both. Our vegetarian sauce has been favoured and used on TV!

In today’s culinary world, which has become so global by way of the popular modern term that we now use “fusion cuisine” here at Keejays we offer a small core range of traditional sauces for oriental cooking, whether it be at home or for restaurants. Our selection of sauces presents an abundance of ideas, to be able to create a full Chinese Banquet.
